Vice-President, Construction
Nage Damas has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering, construction and manufacturing industries. During that time he served as the President of Butler Construction, Inc., a major contractor of manufacturing and agricultural facilities, where he produced a dramatic increase in both gross and net margins. His experience also includes tenures as President, CEO, Vice President, major projects manager and major projects inspector for various national and regional engineering and construction firms. Mr. Damas brings a proven track record of profitable, on-time performance at both the project and company levels as well as the capability to manage project initiatives from concept to fully operational functionality.

Mr. Damas served 10 years in United States Army before beginning work in the construction and manufacturing industries and holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York where he graduated with honors.
