Spencer A. Parsons,
Vice-President, Strategic Development
Spencer Parsons most recently served as the Business Development Manager for a subsidiary of privately held Multi Service Corporation located in Overland Park, Kansas. Mr. Parsons was responsible for the conception and implementation of strategic initiatives necessary to drive growth at the development stage company. Mr. Parsons began working with the group as the Manager of Operations and Compliance during which time he handled the legal, regulatory, compliance and logistical responsibilities necessary for development and growth.

Mr. Parsons also served as a Project Coordinator for the parent company and was involved in supporting the government contracting process and the development of a web based software application. He provided strategic advice to the company President concerning merger and acquisition activity and new business opportunities while conducting research and due diligence projects focused on revenue growth initiatives.

Working with clients in Europe, South America and Australia allowed Mr. Parsons to further develop his multi-cultural management skills acquired while studying at the international business school IPAG in Nice, France.

Mr. Parsons has served as a consultant to AMC Entertainment, Inc. and several government contracting firms and is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Analysis for High Impact Solutions, LLC.

Mr. Parsons has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with majors in finance and management. He earned his MBA from the Executive Fellows Program at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and is currently completing a Master’s in accountancy at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, after which he plans to sit for the CPA exam.
